Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin French Toast

- 2 slices cinnamon raisin ezekiel bread
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 egg white
- cinnamon
- pam/non-stick spray

Mix egg whites, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Dip both sides of bread into egg mixture. Cook on medium until browned on each side. With the remaining egg mixture, I stir in 1/2 packet stevia and make scrambled eggs with it as a side.
