- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese (fat free or low fat)
- 2 slices turkey, approx 50 calories
- 2 onions, chopped
- slice fat free cheese, 30 calorie slice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook onions until soft and caramelized. Mix egg whites and cottage cheese. Cut turkey and cheese into bite size pieces. Fill 4 silicone baking cups with onions, then the egg white/cottage cheese mixture and then the turkey and cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.
