Cream Cheese Muffins

Ingredients:
- 8 oz container of cream cheese (I used full fat, but you can use fat free)
- 1/4 cup sugar free DaVinci sugar free vanilla syrup
- 1 whole egg (or 2 egg whites)
- 1/4 teaspoon "real" vanilla (not imitation)

Directions: Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Microwave cream cheese in a mixing bowl for approximately 30 seconds. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour into pam-sprayed muffin cups (I made 6 muffins, but will eat two per meal. Next time I will just make 3). Bake for about 20-25 minutes, checking on them to make sure that a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean (if you are making 3 muffins, I would say bake for about 30 minutes).
