Cottage Cheese Pudding

Ingredients:
- 1 cup fat free/ low fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup water (I used 1 cup, but 3/4 cup is probably better)
- 2tbs unsweetened cocoa powder (I use Hershey's)
- Stevia/Splenda
- 1 tsp xantham gum
- optional add ins: peanut butter, banana (not included in macros)

Directions: Blend all ingredients in blender.
