Coconut Flour Pancakes

Note: This kicked @$$ :) Highly recommend it.

Ingredients:
-6 egg whites
-3 1/2 tablespoons of organic coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- stevia/splenda

Directions
-mix ingredients (I used a fork to mix, but the coconut flour doesn't mix easily)
-cook on skillet like pancakes.
- top with sugar free maple syrup, peanut butter, or anything you feel like.
