- 5 egg whites (if you are too scared to eat egg whites without cooking them, buy egg whites in a carton that are pasteurized (pasteurized eggs are heated to a temp where bacteria is killed).
- 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder - macros based on 1
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Combine egg whites, cream of tartar and splenda in a mixer and whisk until soft peaks form. Fold in cocoa powder. Put in individual cups and freeze for 10 minutes.
