Chocolate Meringue

Note: Another spin on my meringue. Added cocoa powder.

Ingredients:
- 4 egg whites
- tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon of cream of tartar
- stevia/splenda

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients in a mixer until egg whites have stiff peaks. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes.
