Chocolate Coconut PB Mold

Note: Yummy Chocolate Coconut PB treat that hits the spot!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tsp cocoa
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- teaspoon of coconut flakes (unsweetened) or flax (macros include unsweetened coconut flakes)
- 1 splenda

Directions:
- Soften coconut oil in micro (if not already liquid). Mix all ingredients. Put in a candy mold, ice cube tray or very small plastic container. Freeze. Candy will "pop out." Also, you can spread across a glass plate to make bark.
