Note: So good, you have NO idea they are healthy... low in fat, high in protein!!
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- banana, 100 grams
- sugar free syrup (not included in macros)
Mix egg whites, cocoa and splenda. Cook like a pancake on a skillet. Add sliced banana on top and sugar free maple syrup. YUMMY!
