Choc PB Tofu Pudding

Note: I saw this recipe online and tweaked it to make it chocolate peanut butter, since I have a choc PB addiction. This actually turned out pretty awesome and I can eat it post surgery. I am going to try it next with protein powder.

Ingredients:
- 1 package lite silken tofu
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- stevia to taste

Directions:
-mix in a blender and refridgerate (don't hand mix or else you will have tofu chunks)
