Butternut Squash Fries

Ingredients:
- butternut squash
- salt
-Pam
-optional spices: cayenne pepper for *SPICY* or add cinnamon/stevia/sugar free maple syrup for *sweet*

Directions:Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Peel and de-seed your butternut squash.
Then cut it up into long french fry shapes. BLOT with paper towel to remove excess moisture. This will help them crisp better. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Cover lightly with salt. Place tray in oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through baking process. Be careful flipping, as fries might be soft. Fries are done when they are starting to brown on the edges and get crispy.
