Note: To be honest, I am not a huge fan of these. I think next time I will add more oatmeal or banana. Although there was a lot of "bulk" (3 muffins) for so few calories, I felt they weren't sweet enough. I aldo would have blended ingredients instead of mixed them. But I was too lazy to get out the magic bullet :)
- 1/2 cup wheat bran
- 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 banana
- 2 packets splenda
- mix ingredients and pour into 3 medium muffin pans. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
