Note: I ate this like a sandwich with some sugar free maple syrup. Better 'N Peanut Butter can be used as well, but I didn't end up adding it.
- 1/2 scoop BSN cinnamon roll
- 1 banana, 100 grams
- egg white
- peanut butter (not included in macros)
Mix protein powder, egg white and stevia. Cook on skillet like pancake. Wrap around banana and add sugar free maple syrup. Good for pre or post workout!
