Banana Protein Ice Cream

Note: This tastes sooo good. I make a week's worth at a time

Ingredients:

- Banana, 100 grams

- 1 scoop dymatize whey

- 1/4 cup almond milk (optional, not included in macros) or 1/4 cup water

- 3 ice cubes

- 1/8 teaspoon xantham gum (not required, but makes it thicker)


Directions:

Blend all ingredients together. Freeze overnight.
