Baked Cottage Cheese

I got this from figureathlete (chef Lisa, she is amazing)

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of low fat or fat free cottage cheese
- 3 eggs, large
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- stevia and splenda to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well, and pour into a baking dish. (I cut the recipe in half and used a mini loaf pan). Bake for approximately 50 minutes, checking on it, by inserting middle with toothpick or fork.
