- 2 apples, cored and cut into chunks (I like Granny Smith)
- diet coke or crystal tea, 8 oz
- for non-low carb dieters, sprinkle oatmeal on top.
Place apples in a mini loaf pan. pour diet coke into pan, so fruit is 3/4 covered. Sprinkle with cinnamon and stevia. Bake on 300 for 20-30 minutes. Check to make sure it is not too soft or it will turn to applesauce.
Kitchen will smell great once it's done :)
