Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ingredients:
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
2 tablespoons canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
stevia
pumpkin pie spice (optional, if you have it)
cinnamon (optional)
dab of xanthan gum (optional)


Directions:
Blend all together. Makes cottage cheese a lot more palatable!
