Peanut Butter Coconut Treat

2 T low fat peanut butter (I use better 'n peanut butter) or can use reg PB
1/2 T coconut oil
1 T coconut flakes (unsweetened organic)
Mix together and freeze overnight in a small cup. Eat in the morning with a spoon!
