Asian Coleslaw

3 cups red cabbage
3 cups green cabbage (can use 6 cups of one type, if preferred)
3 cups bean sprouts
1/4- 1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup green onion dressing

Green Onion Dressing:
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 T soy sauce
2 T sesame oil
2 T sesame seeds
splenda/stevia to taste -QUICK and EASY to make.

Chop up ingredients and throw in a bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Can add chicken, as seen in photo.
