2 C oats
16 egg whites
8 packets Splenda/Sweetener
1/4 C Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Optional Add-In: 1/4 C Flaxseed meal
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a muffin tin or cake pan with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and pour into muffin tin or cake pan. Bake for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
