Cottage Cheese Pizza

Ingredients:
-1/3 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 egg white
- bit of water (so its not runny)
- 1/3 cup fat free cottage cheese

Mix ingredients, and cook like a pancake. While still in pan add pizza sauce and then top with 1/3 C cottage cheese. Broil in oven until cheese melts and browns a bit. You may also add traditional toppings such as vegetables and meats.

Sauce:
can of salt free tomatoes
basil, pepper, oregano
splash of balsamic vinegar
hot sauce for spice
dollop of olive oil
